Anthony Earl is our Senior Director. He has extensive experience in dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing and specialises in acting for developers and small businesses.
He was educated at Devonport High School for Boys in Plymouth and after attending Guildford College of Law came back to the West Country to practice in Liskeard where he has spent his professional life.
He has a friendly approach and aims to bring matters to a swift and smooth conclusion which is why so many clients return to him.
He is experienced in all forms of property transactions including freehold and leasehold house and flat sales and purchases, equity release schemes, re-mortgages, setting up management companies, transfer of equity and matrimonial property transfers. He is also very experienced in new site acquisitions, site development and plot sales.
He was President of The Cornwall Law Society for 2015/16, President of The Association of South Western Law Societies in 2017/18 and at present is a member of the Small Firms Committee of The Law Society and represents the South West on that committee.
He is Vice Chair of the Liskeard Chamber of Commerce and sits on the committee of the Cornwall Law Society and the Association of South Western Law Societies.
Anthony lives in Liskeard with his wife and his interests are supporting Chelsea FC, reading, theatre and films.
