We like to prepare papers when you instruct the agent to sell your property rather than when it is sold to save time in issuing contracts when a purchase is found. As we work on a no move no fee basis you have no risk as to mounting costs

We are striving to reduce the time it takes from agreed sale to exchange of contracts and by working with local agents we are trying to reduce this period by up to 60%.

We are pleased to say that all of our three offices have been recognised and accredited by the Law Society as a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) which means that we meet the high standards the Law Society sets to ensure that we give clients a professional and quality conveyancing service.
