Samantha (Sam) has been with the firm since 2005 when she started as our Office Junior. After passing her secretarial courses Sam has progressed to a Paralegal within our Probate Department and is now the Head of our Probate Department.

Many clients have thanked Sam for her sympathetic and knowledgeable approach to their matters whether it being loosing a loved one or help with writing a Will or preparing a power of attorney. Sam appreciates each client is different and will do her best to put elderly clients at ease.
Although Sam is mainly based in our Liskeard office she also covers appointments in our Looe and Callington offices and offers home appointments for clients who are unable to come to the offices (for an additional fee).
Sam sits on the Cornwall Law Society Committee and was appointed as Chair for the Cornwall Junior Lawyers from 2016 until 2021.
In 2020 Sam was shortlisted for Paralegal Legal of the Year through her work with her clients and also the Cornwall Junior Lawyer Division.
During her spare time Sam spends time with her young family, she enjoys walks in the local area and she can be found out and about with St John Ambulance. As well as holding a first aid qualification she also runs the St John Ambulance Badger sett where she teaches 7 - 10 year olds first aid as well as a number of other subjects.
